3. Lead time
Lead time depends on the SKU, total quantity, packing complexity and Southeast Asia destination. Any lead time shown or discussed is an estimate until confirmed in writing for a specific SKU and quantity. ROFIA Trade does not offer guaranteed delivery dates unless they are confirmed in writing for a specific order.
4. Shipping cost
Shipping cost depends on weight, dimensional volume, Southeast Asia destination and the forwarder selected. ROFIA Trade shares an indicative shipping cost as part of order discussion. The final cost is confirmed in writing before the order is processed.
5. Tracking
Where the chosen carrier supports it, a tracking reference is shared after dispatch. For freight shipments handled by an appointed forwarder, the forwarder may issue tracking or booking references directly.
6. Customs & import
The buyer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs clearance and local last-mile arrangements unless otherwise agreed in writing. ROFIA Trade can provide commercial documentation typically required for export from Hong Kong.
7. No guaranteed delivery
Estimated lead times are reference figures. Actual delivery may be affected by stock position, carrier capacity, customs processing and external factors.
