1. Listed standard products only
This Return Information page applies to listed standard products purchased from ROFIA TRADE LIMITED ("ROFIA Trade") and shipped to a Southeast Asia destination confirmed in writing. ROFIA Trade sells listed standard products only. No custom manufacturing, custom printing, design, installation, repair, sourcing service or procurement agency service is offered, and this page does not apply to arrangements that fall outside the standard catalogue.
2. Return eligibility
Requests to return a listed standard product may be considered where the product was supplied incorrectly, the product is materially defective on arrival, or the product was damaged in transit and the damage is reported with photographs within 7 calendar days of delivery. For Southeast Asia shipments, evidence should include clear photos of the outer carton, product condition, shipping label, SKU label or packing list, and the order reference. Eligibility is reviewed against the written order confirmation, packing list and the photographic evidence provided.
3. Product condition
To be considered for return, products must be in their original packaging, unused, and in resaleable condition unless the return relates to a defect or transit damage. Products that have been modified, opened or partially used after delivery are not accepted for return.
4. Non-returnable conditions
- Products that have been used, written on, printed on or otherwise modified after delivery.
- Items damaged after delivery due to storage or handling outside ROFIA Trade's control.
- Buyer-ordered wrong sizes after confirming the SKU and dimensions in writing.
- Special-arrangement items that fall outside the listed standard catalogue.
- Returns requested beyond the reporting window stated in section 2.
5. How to request a return
Please contact our team by email or WhatsApp with the order reference, SKU, quantity affected, a short description of the issue and photographs that clearly show the outer packaging, shipping label, product and issue. Our team will respond within a reasonable period and confirm next steps in writing.
6. Refunds and replacements
Where a return is accepted, ROFIA Trade may offer a replacement of the affected SKU, a credit against a future order, or another written remedy agreed outside this website. Return shipping arrangements are confirmed in writing on a case-by-case basis and depend on SKU, carton count, condition, volume and Southeast Asia destination.
7. No misleading guarantees
ROFIA Trade does not offer "no-questions" or absolute money-back guarantees. Return outcomes are decided based on the evidence provided and the conditions described in this policy.
