Open the Products page and review the listed standard product families. Note the SKU code, listed size band and reference specifications that match your shipment.

Choose a SKU and pack quantity
Identify the SKU and pack quantity you want to ask about. ROFIA Trade sells listed standard products only; no custom manufacturing, custom printing, design, installation, repair, sourcing service or procurement agency service is offered.

Contact us via WhatsApp or email
Send the SKU, quantity, shipping country and your product question via WhatsApp or email. WhatsApp is a secondary contact channel — email is equally welcome.

We confirm stock and shipping
Our team confirms current stock for the SKU, pack quantity, MOQ, shipping region and estimated lead time in writing.

Separate written order instructions
Any confirmed order instructions are provided separately outside the website after written confirmation. This website does not accept orders, provide online checkout, process payments, collect card details or request banking passwords, one-time passcodes or unrelated sensitive information.

Dispatch details if an order is confirmed
If an order is later confirmed outside this website, shipping references or forwarder details are shared where the selected carrier or forwarder supports them.
Before you ask stock
Send us four short lines
When you contact us, include the SKU, the quantity, the shipping country and your product question. With those four lines our team can usually confirm stock availability, pack quantity and an estimated lead time for a listed standard product.
Do not send full credit or debit card numbers, CVV codes, online banking passwords, one-time passcodes, government ID numbers or other sensitive personal information through WhatsApp, email or any other messaging channel unless a specific export document requirement is confirmed in writing.
