01 — Workflow
Four checkpoints to ask about before shipment.
Use these prompts when confirming whether a listed SKU is suitable for your product, packing line and shipping route.
Material reference
Ask for the relevant kraft grammage, film thickness or bubble lining reference for the listed SKU.
Dimensional check
Confirm outer size, usable inner size and tolerance before relying on the SKU for a packing line.
Structural reference
Ask whether stacking, ECT or transit-reference information is available for the specific SKU and quantity.
Dispatch condition
Confirm packaging condition, carton count and any pre-dispatch check details in writing before shipment.
02 — Controls
Parameters buyers should confirm.
The reference values below are not live inventory records. Confirm the current values for the SKU, quantity and shipping destination before ordering.
- Grammage band
- Kraft GSM reference for the listed corrugated SKU.
- Flute profile
- B, C or BC flute reference for the carton line.
- Film microns
- Mailer LDPE thickness reference for the selected size.
- Bubble adhesion
- Bubble lining suitability for the intended product.
- Dimensional tolerance
- Outer and usable-size tolerance for packing-line fit.
- Seal integrity
- Peel-and-seal closure suitability for storage and route.
